  • Design and installation of banners along Park Boulevard
  • Installation of ornamental street lights along Park Boulevard
  • Tree plantings along Park Boulevard
  • Fence enhancement at Birney Playing Field

Community Boundaries & Planning Areas

University Heights is bounded by the south rim of Mission Valley, the 163 Freeway in the west, Boundary Street in the east and Lincoln Avenue in the south. The community lies in two community planning areas: Uptown and Greater North Park.
